Bringing the 245 out of storage 200

The worst enemy for fuel and rubber is time. Take a snort of the gas fumes from the filler neck, does it remotely smell sickeningly sweet? If so, you MUST drain the fuel system and install a new fuel filter! Old varnished nasty smelling fuel will let a car run, but eventually, the intake valve stems will get gummed up and they won't close as a result!

For the "rubber aspect" accessory belts, timing belt, engine mounts, trans mount, and the rubber brake hoses are ALL suspect, so take the time to properly inspect them and replace as needed! Coolant and fuel hoses must also be inspected!

Good luck mate!
