and the price on the cream '65 dropped from $3500 to $3000.

i'm not sure how you'd manage the logistics of it all, whether or not you come back to the mainland from time to time, etc, but if it were me there's no way i'd attempt to repair that much rust...

1967 2-door in pretty nice shape, $2500

wagon, needs a lot of TLC but still looks to be less of a project than your first option, $300
