DARYL: INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 240 wagon rear cargo cover 200

Thanks for the website info Bob. Actually, thanks to two other forum contributors, I received the help needed to install the cover, including a hard copy of the instructions on the link you posted. The cover is now in place and looking great.

After following the instructions carefully, I find that shutting the tailgate on the cover presents some issues with the rear flap jamming up on the tailgate inner trim. The flap tends to droop a bit due to it's "hinge" about 6" from the leading edge. To lie flat when the tailgate is closed, with flap resting on top of tailgate inner trim, the hinge feature should be stiffer. But, it isn't. So, have to find a way to stiffen it a bit. Also, the cutout for the rear brakelight doesn't match the brakelight case exactly, so this also tends to create some hangup issues.

So much for the nitpicking, it serves a purpose as intended. I'm pleased with it in spite of its foibles.

Daryl
