88 240 DL wagon; no tach when lights are turned on 200 1988

trying this message again with a reworded subject. today i took out my temp comp board in an effort to fix my temp gauge. after i replaced the board, i reconnected everything correctly (I've probably done it 50 times by now). But now, when I turn my lights on, my tach stops. Also, the dash illuminating lights have stopped working, and the turn signal arrows are stuck on (actual signals on outside of car are fine). Anyone have any idea what I've done and if it's fairly repairable? Thanks a bunch.
