M47 fill plug woes - options? 200 1989

Trying to remove the fill plug on the M47, at least I didn't drain the fluid yet so the car can be driven. Rounded off the plug, searched the archives, tried using a torch, Sears Bolt Out kit, pipe wrench, vice grips, soaked with PBlaster, hammering on a 12 mm socket, grinding flats onto the bolt head...anything that applies torque to the bolt just rounds it or takes off more metal. I've got a 13 mm socket epoxied (Loctite version of JB Weld) onto the bolt head curing now, if this doesn't work are there any other options before I pay a mechanic $100 to get the bolt out? Thanks

Zack
