Bad cases of Rust but still sweet 1800 1973

I am seriously looking at a 73 ES. To add to my Brick collection.

I already own a 240 and S90. I am in the salt belt in Ontario CAN so getting a rust free car only happens when you buy new or go south.

Interior in very close to Mint other than a cracked dash everything else is very good.
The engine and drivetrain appear quite good. Windows and Chrome are very good. Doors, trunk, hood are very good. Windshield body area is good. Floor is bad. Fred Flintstone style floor. But a can replace the floor.

The body is fair to rough. Are the panels still available? I would need a front right fender and should really get both sides.

Anything I need to inspect closely that may render the car useless?

Unfortunately it does not drive as a brake line is leaking and the gas line after the pump is leaking but it does still start and runs quite good considering

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
