tail lights...passenger side brighter; dummy light indicator on intermittently 200 1988

I think what the others are trying to tell you is that in that lower red cell, the bulb holder with the dual filament bulb should be white, not black. Black works on driver side, white on passenger side. As I recall, using the black, driver side holder on the passenger side lights both the tail light filament and the brakelight filament, hence it looks brighter.
