Are door speakers available that actually fit the original layout 900 1994

1994 944T sedan

I need to install new front door speakers in this car.

There were new speakers installed when I purchased it but they do not fit properly. I could make those work but I would need to "rig" it much better than the installer did; they were pretty much just flopping around.

What have some of you done to replace the original speakers?
