Odometer Problems 200 1991

Ok, so my odometer hasn't been working correctly for a while now, but my local PnP has just received 10 240's into their yard, so i'm making a trip down there soon. I plan on getting either a new gear or a different odometer with similar mileage. Does anyone know of a good guide for instrument panel/odometer removal and installation?

PS- odometer stopped at 179k, rolled back to 170k, but the car's really around 220k! =(
