Brake Hose Source? 140-160

The right front caliper on my '72 142 is stiff/seized, and I want to change the brake hoses all around as a first step. Apart from a dealer, is there a good source for these hoses? (My car is equipped with ATE calipers and solid rotors, FWIW) AutohausAZ has hoses for the 140 series listed on its web site, but also lots of caveats to the effect of "you must measure brake hose length carefully," and with no break-out of caliper specific hoses (i.e., ATE vs. Girling).

Any help appreciated.
