I will let you know when the head is ready to be milled to set the chamber volume and compression ratio. It is usually the step right before final cleaning and assembly. At that point - a couple of weeks from now - I will need the deck height spec in order to figure the amount that should be milled to give the desired compression ratio. Without a measurement, and in order to be safe, we would do the calculations based on an assumption that the deck height is around the top of the range - .005.
