blower motor works sometimes 200 1985

Installed new blower motor worked well for two weeks now only works sometimes,early in morning will not work, about 30 minutes into drive fan works I did not replace switch or resistor .have checked fuse #3 and holder has power.Checked ground and is ok any help would be great.
