Looking for pulsair valves 200 1982

I found that pulsair valves are not working properly on my 240 DL 1982 with B21A engine.

I am loking at replacements that do not come from Volvo dealer for a matter of price.

I read in the search section that some 740 came with pulsair valves. I would like to know which year and model came with it.

As you know 1980-1984 240 with B21A are almost disappeared from the scrap yards.

The pulsair have two gates per valve. I found I could recover one good gate of a broken valve to repair an other valve.

I am not an engineer but I think these valves could last much longer if the valve gates were positioned 90° with the engine. After opening two of these valves it is clear that the thin stainless steel foil hits the side of the holder at every engine vibration. This wears the small tabs and then the foil moves sideways which impair the vacuum it is designed for.
