I didn't even know about the 2-speaker per door arrangement.
If you don't find it, consider having a shop cut whatever hole is needed to mount your speaker.

As for uploading photos - I plant my photos on photobucket.com.
I was completely unable to upload photos directly from my pc to B'board.
With the photo on photobucket, you then enter the photos location into the "Image URL" space when you post (or edit) your message to Brickboard. Photobucket gives you several links for each pic. Sorry I can't tell you which link is the right one but you'll figure it out. Trial and error if you have to.
