780 seats puzzle 700 1988

Hey all,

I just bought a 780 for parts to restore my other 780, which was crushed last winter when the storage facility collapsed.

I was planning on getting the seats out of the car, but I encountered a problem: one of my electric 780 seats will not move back and forth. Thus, I cannot get to the main screws on the floor.

Anyone knows how that little "crank", as the owner's manual calls it, works to move the seats? I tried everything, and am puzzled... and the seats still wont move :P

Any advice appreciated.
