Starting problem 200 1980

Just like clockwork it started cold but will not start warm. There is 12 volts to the coil and the terminals have been cleaned. There is no spark to the plugs. I have ordered new wires and cap and rotor. I'll wAit until those are put on before I do anything else. If the coil is getting 12 volts but there is no spark would it be the distributor? From what I've read the fuel relay needs a signal from the distributor to pull closed. I'm betting on the distrubutor. It should be here tomorrow.
