92 240 “cold” start problem 200 1992

If the car was driven within let’s see 8 hours, it will start and idle very nicely. If I leave the car sitting for over a day, it will still start right up. However, it will “shake and twist and hesitate” and die. I have to step on the gas paddle to keep it running for at least 1 minute for it to idle smoothly. I think that it’s probably something in the intake air control loop. I did some reading on the board and did not come cross anything yet. Lots of people have warm start problem. The idle are control valve is a new part (I mean bran new). I’ll try to test it with a good air mass flow meter. Any other ideas? Thanks. Erwin
