Fuel Economy with Ethanol Blended Fuel 200 1985

Where I live, all gas Retailers have been forced to sell gasohol blends containing up to 10% ethanol. Since I have to burn this abomination, my fuel economy has dropped considerably. I had been able to reach up to 29.3 MPG, but now it's hard to achieve 27 MPG. Has anyone else experienced this? I have rechecked all the tune is the same, and nothing has moved. Just lousy mileage.
