Hot wheel in front = brake trouble 700

On my way to work this morning I noticed the wagon pulling to the right a bit while braking. With new calipers six months ago all around and turned rotors, all had been well. Darn.

After parking I smelled it: hot brake. Drivers front- and much hotter than the other three, which were merely warm.

Has this happened to you? Something stuck? What did you have to do to repair- new caliper and rotor?
