k jet fuel return line 200

so i have a problem with my 83 245ti where im running rich on cylinders two and three and i have no power under load. i have cleaned the fuel distributor, replaced the cpr, replaced the injectors and lines, and the fuel filter to no avail. i can't afford the 80 bucks for the set of k jet gauges so im kind of guessing at this point. im thinking it might be a partially blocked return line. how likely does this seem to you guys? i've already verified that my mix is correct and that my lambda sond stuff is all functioning like it should. help?
