Mileage and weight 200

I've done all the basics to increase my MPG on my 93 240 (Tire pressure -tune up- driving habits- etc..) and got an increase of 20-25% per gallon. Now I emptied my trunk of unneeded tools and garbage, and removed my rear seats (don't use 'em: more space). I was suprised to learn that the gross curb weight on my car is 2954 lbs. What about disconnecting and removing my air conditioner which doesn't work anyway? Anybody try that? I can't think of too many other things to do to lighten the car. I'm 6' 220lbs- I just wanna get the same gas mileage as a 120lb female.
