another weird driveline "stutter' 900 1993

...and stutter is the best way that I can describe this. But, first, some background: I recently had a very noticeable "whump whump" from a dead stop. I posted here about it and indeed, the center bearing ended up the culprit. Having replaced that, I now have a shimmy or stutter from a dead stop that again appears to be coming from the middle of the car. (I confirmed this by sitting in the third row seat of the wagon and listening and feeling nothing unusual.) It doesn't feel like a u-joint as it only happens upon load from stop.

So, could the newly replaced center bearing caused another component to go south? and, if so, what is your best guess as to which one?

Thanks
