Power Steering Pull/shutter? 200 1992

Just had my 92 240GL in for service-water pump replaced, timing belt done and harmonic balancer was slipping and replaced. Now it appears that when I turn the wheel all the way left or right from a stop that I feel a shudder/stutter when the car starts to move and then it goes away. It feels like something with the power steering. Only happens if the wheels are cut hard. I had them recheck the belts and the harmonic balancer
