plug help!! 200 1988

as it turns out only the first plug didnt have the washer...I even pulled the new plug in that position out to see if it was still on the head, but not there, I guess someone just lost that washer and put it in anyways, def seems to run better with new plugs etc (just finished), I thought this would fix my idle (sorta funky) seems like idling just a little below where it is supposed to, like lumpy kinda...flame trap should be clean, I even cleaned the oil separator, also I when I rev engine and let back to idle, it kinda shutters before it goes back to idle...is that dirty throttle body symptoms, that is my next task. I could never get the vacuum hose that goes to the TB from the flame trap off though, do these clog in there, I know the little one on the manifold sucks like a 2 dollar whore!
