Its a 951, like the one in my car now. The auction mentions nothing about it being tested, but it does offer a 30 day warranty.

How are these things tested?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

P.S : Dan, do you still have that 561 laying around, I might be sending you an email, but I am worried about my cold start valve, since the 951 doesn't use it...
