Should my 90 745 have a vacuum reservoir? 700

1990 745 Regina base model

Anybody out there mind looking under thier 90-92 model's radiator?
That's where I was told my vacuum tank is supposed to be.
I know about the evaporative emissions cannister. This is different.
It was described as being directly under the radiator, 20 by 4 or 5 inches
When I looked under the front of the car there was nothing under my radiator.
I would like to hear from several of you guys to be sure.
Also Where does the vacuum line from this tank tie in?

Thanks
