engine swap from 240 to 740 but no start - UPDATE 200

My friend got it started but said it had "jumped time." So from what I am reading from all of these excellent and encouraging posts is that it could be a case of using the wrong flywheel. He did get the Regina coil into the back of the cylinder head. I guess this is where the confusion is. Should he use the Bosch or Regina flywheel? Thanks, George
