2-3-2 code back. wth? 700

Hey everyone. I suspect I have mixture problems.
I was just wondering if there were a way to determine whether the car is running rich or lean: the code does not specify.

O2 sensor a couple years back, BEFORE I found a big fat intake hose leak.
O2 sensor voltage oscillates while running and moves quickly. I need to recheck it with my analog gauge again, but anyway.
I have an occasional misfire as well, with no pattern, but the vacuum gauge twitches when it happens.

So... I intend to replace my O2 sensor sometime, but it seems like it's working.
My other theory is that my injectors are filthy at 265K miles and various running issues that have happened in the past.
I do run injector cleaner occasionally (snake oil most of the time I think).

Any advice?

Thanks,
Will
