1975 164 parts or project car -- save it from the crusher 140-160

It's time to junk or pass on my 1975 164e parts car. It's got an auto transmission that was rebuilt at some time; heads were also redone and the block was professionally rebuilt for previous owner who never finished putting it back together again (everything but hoses/radiator seems to have been reassembled). Body has minor dings, but is actually pretty solid. could probably be brought back to life by someone who knew what they were doing. car is in MD suburbs of DC & can be had for $100, which is what they'll pay me to feed it to the crusher. (also have a 1974 164 in great shape w low miles, M410 and complete IPD suspension upgrade; put in on ebay but nobody seemed to want it -- and serious offers here?)
