The first thing I would do is remove all the fuses and after disconnecting the neg battery cable using a bronze small wire brush clean any corrosion from the fuse block and the ends of the fuses.

Next I would check if you have free play in the ingnition switch. Many times wear in the ignition switch can cause all the idiot lights to come on.

Do the fuse and fuse block cleaing first.
