fuel gauge reads incorrect (in a weird way) 900 1995

95 944T auto with 129.4K miles.
I recently switched to ethanol utilizing the cheapest mod as suggested by turbobricks.com "converting to E85" thread. This is done by using bosch "400" injectors that flow 46 lb/hr. I did this about 3 month ago and this is what I came to see on my fuel gauge.
Whenever it gets hot or maybe not that hot and there's just a few gallons of fuel at some point the gauge would start moving to full on the hot engine.
It will stay so as long as the engined does not cool down between starts.
Then as the amount of fuel gets to 0 in the tank it will creep back to almost "empty" reading.
This freaked me out once on the freeway since I did not know if I had enough fuel to get home. Not a healthy situation in general.

What should I check, guys?
Grounds? The sender unit itself? what to check and how to?
Hope you could help me here
thanks
