rubber bushing in trailing arms 120-130

How do you get these darn rubber bushings out of the rear trailing arms (122)
i took one out with a huge 3 hour fight trying to press it(darn Volvo Swedish winterized rubber)freezing over night did not help
so i drilled and pulled and pulled
maybe they were good to go!? but i have the urethane so...

anyway no i have a rubber carcass in side the end of the arm and how do i get it out?
the other one has yet to be worked on any tips?

and what torque numbers do we use for the panhard bar and the arms?
haynes has nothing...
