Speedometer not always up to speed 140-160

The 69 142 I have as a doner body still has its ribbon cluster in it, let me know if you want it. I'll have no use for it, and its already out of the dash. Oh it is minus the voltage stabilizer though. Condition is unknown as the car's motor was already pulled when I got it, so I haven't seen it working. Don't want much for it if you are interested.
