Engine codes-------possible causes 900 1994

I have a new to me 940 with 180k 1994 with lh 2.4 bosh ignition.

after warm up the idle hunts

O2 was new recently by P.O. it is the correct one with the fancy connector.

O2 sensor heater ohms value checks out

Voltage is going to the O2 sensor

I cannot check the signal +- as I do not have the proper ohm meter and do not want to fry the computer per FAQ

codes are 232 from A-2 and 113

232 is fuel trim to rich or lean at idle
113 fuel trim to rich or lean, mixture incorrect

Cap, plugs, spark are new
runs fine otherwise
looks to me like a vac leak. any other thoughts before I get back under the hood?
