113 and running rich. Have you repeated the recall proceedure for more codes?? The system only gives one code per request but will store three.

Have you replaced the temp sensor for the ECU?? More likely to cause an overall rich condition than the O2 sensor.

The grounds for the ECU are the two sets of two on the intake manifold. While you are at it, clean the battery negative to engine block connection as well.
