So long tranny??? 900

Hi. Mi 944T's transmission has begun to behave strangely; it shifts normally, but if its cruising under load (climbing) and I give it a little bit more gas (the gas pedal pressed before the kickdown mark), the transmission will seem to try to down shift, but instead it feels as if it went into neutral, as the revs go WAY up immediately, and the car has looses power. If I let go of the gas, it seems to kick back into gear (as if I had a worn clutch in a manual). If I lower the selector to 2nd, I can throttle fully, with no issues whatsoever. If the car is in OD and I press the selector's button to release the OD, I get a noticeable delay before 3rd kicks in... I checked the trans oil when I got home (car idling) and it was between the min and max lines at the hot side of the dipstick. It does look brownish, as it has always looked when I have flushed it. What should I do? I read a post long ago about someone adding some treatment to the tranny that worked miracles, but cannot find that post...

Ideas?

Thanks;
JGCBAIZ
