1-1-3 code with LH3.1 200

YES, I did the recall procedure and only the 1-1-3 code is stored. Here is alist of things that have been replaced: Coolant Temp Sensor (The black socket one for the ECU), Throttle Position Sensor, In tank fuel pump, Fuel Pressure Regulator, New plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. I cleaned all the ground contacts on the intake manifold, cleaned the IAC motor, cleaned out the oil trap (which was TOTALLY clogged with gunk), replaced the flame trap.

If I fool the car into running lean (by pulling a IAC hose and letting it suck in unmetered air) I can get it to run good. But by itself, runs VERY rich.

Any thoughts???
