Hmmm The "standard heater fan" has no relays.
The "CU Heater" has a relay involved with the the fan motor.

Here's some checks:
Make sure that you have plus 12V at fuse 16 and at fuse 9

check the fan switch white black wire pin 5, and the black wire at pin 6 for
plus 12 V

The fan relay needs plus 12V at pin 1 (the violet wire) and,
ground at pin 4 (the White/Black) to power the fan.
