Power window Problem 900

Hey everybody...Hopefully none of you guys on the Texas ooast and Houston bore the brunt of Ike. Noticed today that my back windows are acting a little funny. The passenger rear one screeches just at the top 1-2 inches of travel going back up. The drivers side passenger rear needs a bit of help going down only at the last 2 inches of travel going down. Almost like it gets stuck...I don't use them very often. Any advice? Take care guys! BTW, I noticed the back windows don't go all the way down.
