adding heated front seats 900

i just recently purchased a used volvo 960 without heated front seats. living up in canada, i'm thinking the leather is going to get my butt really cold so looking into ways of getting heated front seats. I've not looked but suspect all the wiring is there. should i replace both front seats front a scrap yard or buy the heater element and take the seat apart to put them in?
also, anyone know how to get the rear bench out? i need to replace a seat belt and needing to get the rear seat out on a sedan.
