Frame rust; can I salvage? 700 1986

Winter salty roads have finally taken their toll on my 86 740 frame. Jack stand partially went up into front frame. However, I have many new parts on the car (exhaust, brake calipers, FPR, fuel pump, radiator, alternator, sensors, idle control valve, and more) and runs excellent. Re-painted it myself last year and replaced all lenses and headlight bezel. Body itself has no rust and hate to think of parting with it (it only has 260,000 miles).

Does anyone know if the steel can be replaced. Metal at weld is good.

Thanks,
