Rust Repair Door and Tailgate Bottom 200

Hello All,

I'm not looking to do a perfect job, but for those of you that might have some experience, I'd appreciate your input.

My 93 green wagon is showing some signs of age. The left rear door has some rust developing at the bottom edge and the tailgate shows some rust on the bottom edge and some bubbling of paint on the lower first inch of outside surface.

I don't want to make a major project out of this, just scrape off the rusted parts, apply por 15 and paint over. I figure I have a budget of about $50.

I noticed that there's a bunch of different por 15 products and I need to obtain a small amount of the proper paint. Could you steer me in the right direction and give me some hints on how I might do a reasonably decent job of this without making a mess.

Thanks,

Marty Wolfson
