I have a pristine 3rd brake light from a 1987 245, complete with the metal glue on mounting feet, and the complete pigtail. Has anyone added this to an older 245 that did not come with one? Any ideas on the wiring hookup so as not to turn on the lamp failure light? Or would I be better off to pass it along to someone who really needs it for their 86 and newer wagon?
