What's the best (easiest) way to take off the TB for cleaning and adjustment?

I have a 91 745, a 92 244 and 93 245. All have the same LH2.4 feul control system.

I've taken the entire intake out for cleaning and adjustment when I got a "new" car in. However, I never figured out how to easily take the TB out for routine maintainance. I looks to me that the two 13mm nuts on the left are pretty easy to deal with with a 13mm sucket wrench. What about the third one right between the TB and the TPS. I don't see that any of my wrenches can fit in there. I sounds so easy to do from my readings of other people's experience and the FAQ. Could someone tell me what I'm missing here? Maybe I need to buy a new kind of wrench? Thanks a lot. Erwin
