G12 Coolant for '90 240? 200 1990

My friend has two 5L jugs of HEPU Startal-Top G12 Plus Coolant which is made in Germany (and the label is in German). He says its good for VW's and MB's, and I was wondering if it would work in my '90 240 as an alternative to the Volvo coolant?

The only english on the label says this:

---------
HEPU P999-G12plus-005
Coolant Additive Anti-freeze Agent & Anticorrosion -
Offers essential protection against frost, overheating, corrosion and calcium deposits. Comparable to 'G12 Plus' (VW/Seat/Skoda/Audi) - can be mixed with G11 and G12. Made in Germany. Contains: >95% Ethandiol (Glykol).

Application: Suitable as filled-for-live solution for all types of engines. HEPU P999-G12 plus can be also mixed with G11 and G12! This product should be used all-year round to provide necessary protection against frost, overheating, corrosion and calcium deposits. Usable for all engines which require silicate-free coolant/antifreeze. Before replenishing use tester to check proportion of anitfreeze in the coolant. HEPU P999-G12 plus is free of nitric, amino-acid, phosphate and silicate!

Sounds like a super good version of Zerex Extreme G-05 from Europe? Am I correct in thinking this? Should I use this after my coolant flush?

Thanks,
Cton.
