I'm getting a quote of $140 from a Volvo indie. Is this about right? I remember reading somewhere that changing the rear pads is pretty easy (but I don't have the know-how or confidence to do it myself), so if rear pads cost about $30-40 that means I'm being charged $100 for labor! I'll probably take it to the shop and have a real pro do it anyway, but $140 for a job and parts that should be straight forward and cheap?
