Transmission help 120-130

I've already did a few mods to this 122s. It had a b18 now a b20 with everything done to it. It had a automatic but it couldn't take the power of the new motor so it broke and I swapped it out for a m40 that I had. The problem with the m40 is no overdrive and I can't drive it over 60mph on the highway without the engine reving high. Not worried about welding or creating a few new parts. The previous owner said it was on a 142e so my only concern right now is the drive shaft and maybe the hydro slave. Thanks for all the info.
