B20 head studs, remove & replace 140-160

Take two new 5/16 UNC nuts, preferably the unplated type, and install two on the outer end of the stud. With two wrenches tighten them against each other, with about one thread of the stud protruding on the outside. Take a good ball-pein hammer and strike the stud as if it were a nail -straight. Then place the wrench on the nut nearest the head and wind the stud out. Install the new ones similarly, except that very little torque is needed when they bottom - just snug is enough.
Use new nuts all round, and a bit of Never-Seeze on the new studs.
