Newer factory Compressor on a 87 240 200

I need a little help. I have found a 92 245 in the boneyard the has 96,000 miles the I have been robbing parts. I even ran a compression check in the yard that came in at 180 to 185 PSI. My 87's compression comes in at 195 to 204 PSI. The car was hit in the right front and the accumilator hose was loose but the cars is so clean the I would be surprised it the compressor was bad. My car had R12 and the dryer had a hole and with a new dryer it should work. My questions concern hook up of the hoses of the newer compressor. I can get it for $80.00 if I pull it and $100.00 if they pull it. Any pointer on ths will be helpful.
Thanks
Greg
