1987 240 Wagon - Ran Fine then parked for 5 minutes then it wont start 200 1987

Please help me with this problem. Car ran fine then it wont start. Checked most fuses. People suggest relays but i dont know which one. I checked Airmass Meter but i dont think that is it. I disconnect airmass but it still acted the same. It just crank and that is it... Also i have a vibrating rubbing feeling to steering wheel when backing up or turning. is it steering rack?
